As an HVAC Technician, you'll work on a variety of projects, from installing new heat pump systems to modifying existing ductwork. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team that values skill, dedication, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heat pumps and ductwork.
• Troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation issues in residential and light commercial settings.
• Collaborate with clients to assess their HVAC needs and recommend efficient solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes in Massachusetts.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed.

Qualifications:

• EPA Certification required.
• Sheet Metal License preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on HVAC experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in tight spaces, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
