As a Licensed Plumber with Madden Company, you'll handle a variety of plumbing and heating projects, from residential service calls to light commercial installations. We need a professional who takes pride in their craftsmanship, enjoys problem-solving, and values customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain DWV systems in residential and light commercial settings
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and technical issues
• Install and service hydronic heating systems and heat pumps (experience preferred)
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Communicate professionally with customers, clearly explaining technical issues and solutions

Qualifications:

• MA State Plumbing License is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in tight spaces, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
